On our VLX we have a hook to help taking control points. This hook can be adjusted to match different height and body size of the mapper. It might happen that the hook size is wrongly selected during mapping, or that it is necessary to hand over the device to another colleague with a different hook size. So, can the operator actually change the hook size on the fly?

By default, the size of the NavVis VLX should be adjusted before mapping with the device by selecting the correct hook size from the mapping UI. However, if you need to change the size of the NavVis VLX while mapping, finish your dataset first and then make the necessary physical adjustments and correct selection from our mapping software.
