    I'm more than happy to discuss how I was able to get the edits to work every time we do any type of image processing. If you give me a call, I should be able to help explain the process. This process does not require the use of writing a Python script and can be done in Lightroom.

  • Image Editing Prior to Processing in Ivion

    HI!

    My client has asked that I face blur/pixelate people's faces and documents out of the panos for confidentiality purposes. I have tried various things in Lightroom, which has yet to work and I am looking for some guidance on how to get this solved. In addition, I have an open case with support on this, but I'm trying to be as proactive as possible.


    Things I have tried:
     
    1. I exported as DNG files after editing from Lightroom.
      1. This was recognized by Ivion
      2. Edits were not retained
     
    1. I exported as jpg files after editing from Lightroom
      1. This was not recognized in Ivion
     
    1. I exported as jpg, then converted to DNG
      1. This was not recognized in Ivion
     
    1. I exported as DNG but clicked “Save metdata to file”
      1. This was recognized by Ivion
      2. Edits were not retained
     
    1. Per recommendation from photography forums, I exported as TIFF and then converted to DNG
      1. This was recognized by Ivion
      2. Edits were not retained

    Any help on this matter would be great, as the client has said that this is a hard limit for them and will go back to their other provider if we can't get it figured out.
